Swedbank Robur has declined the offer on Bavarian Nordic A/S

The 15th of October Innosera raised their public takeover offer to the shareholders of Bavarian Nordic A/S from DKK 233 to DKK 250 per share.
Swedbank Robur has analysed the offer and has assessed it not to be equivalent to the company’s recent development. For that reason, we have chosen to decline the offer. Swedbank Robur’s ownership in Bavarian Nordic is marginal and amounts to less than 0.25%.
