Assignments in nomination committees
The Head of Sustainability & Corporate Governance, Corporate Governance Director, Director of Sustainability Strategy, managers and independent members of the Board are part of the Fund Management Company’s organisation for assignments in nomination committees. For these assignments, we have also hired external people with good experience in corporate governance.
