Sector-agnostic strategy focused on equity investments of SEK 50–150 million per portfolio company. Predominantly invested in Sweden and the Nordic region, with selective exposure to the broader EEA. SFDR Article 8 classified.

The Investment Team

The fund is managed by Patrik Westerberg and Lorenzo Gregory Sormani, who together bring more than 40 years of experience in investing and active ownership across international private markets, with a particular focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital.

David Antonovic is a transaction lawyer with extensive experience in legal advisory services and complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
